Garbage containers, oil tanks, and propane tanks must be underground or enclosed so as not to be visible from adjoining properties.
• Enforcement & term: Any owner may enforce these restrictions through legal proceedings. Failure to enforce does not waive the right to enforce later. The restrictions run until June 1, 1994, and automatically renew every 10 years thereafter.
