- What you can build on your lot: Each lot may have one detached single-family dwelling, one guest house, one outbuilding, one tennis court, and one private garage. Structures must be single- or split-level, with any upper floor overlapping no more than 25% of the lower floor area.
- Height limits: Primary residences are capped at 26 feet in height (30 feet including chimneys), measured from undisturbed natural grade. Secondary buildings (guest house, outbuilding, detached garage) are capped at 22 feet (25 feet with chimneys).
- Architectural style & approval: All exterior designs must be characteristic of Southwestern architecture and require approval by the Architectural Review Committee. Tennis court artificial lighting also requires prior written Committee consent.
- Horses, corrals & stables: No horse corral or stable may be built within 100 feet of any existing home, guest house, or swimming pool without the prior written consent of the affected property owner and approval of the Architectural Review Committee.
- Perimeter fencing standards: Fences along property lines must combine masonry (max 2.5 feet) with wrought iron (total max 6 feet); masonry support pillars must be spaced at least 10 feet apart; both sides of the fence must be finished to equal quality.
