Questo Quatro is a small subdivision of only 4 lots (sublot development) in Phoenix, AZ. The documents are amendments to the original Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, so they cover only specific changes and are not a complete rulebook for current owners or residents.
- Common areas & ownership: The association will receive fee simple title to the common areas (e.g., recreation facilities, swimming pools, landscaping, streets) after all lots are sold to bona fide purchasers.
