- What you own & maintain: You own the interior finished surfaces of your unit (walls, floors, ceiling). Limited common elements like patios, balconies, and utility meters serving only your unit are for your exclusive use and you must maintain them (excluding structural parts). The association maintains all common elements.
- Leasing & rentals: You may lease your entire unit only (no partial leases). Leases must be in writing and state that tenants must follow the condominium documents. You must notify the association of lease start/end dates and occupant names.
