Canyon Trails Condominiums is a 16-unit condominium community in Fountain Hills, AZ. You own your unit and share ownership of the common elements. The association maintains common areas and carries master insurance, funded by assessments levied equally among units.
- Use restrictions: All units must be used exclusively as single-family residences. No business, trade, or commercial activity is allowed.
- Pets: A reasonable number of house pets is permitted. Dogs must be leashed on common elements, and owners must immediately remove waste. No dog may relieve itself on common elements.
