- Noise & nuisances: No obnoxious or offensive activities. Noise from power tools, speakers, etc., cannot exceed 65 decibels at 100 feet, and general sound cannot exceed 45 decibels at the property line.
- Signs: Only one 'for sale' sign (customary size) and one small residential identification sign (75 square inches or less) are permitted. 'For rent' signs are prohibited, but renting is allowed.
- Leasing & rentals: Leasing for residential purposes is permitted, subject to all declaration provisions. The owner remains responsible for tenant compliance.
