- What you own & maintain: You are responsible for your unit's interior, roof, carport, patio, doors, gates, gutters, and landscaping within your property lines. The association maintains all general common elements (pool, land, streets, utilities).
- Leasing & rentals: Leases are allowed. Before selling or leasing, you must give the association a 10-day right of first refusal to match any offer. You must provide tenant names, lease dates, and vehicle info within 10 days of lease start. No minimum lease term is stated.
