- Residential use & home business: All units must be used for residential purposes only. Limited home-based businesses are allowed if not detectable from outside the unit and consistent with the residential character.
- Pets: You may keep up to three 'permitted pets' (dog, cat, fish, or small bird). Dog limit: either one dog weighing 45 lbs or less, or two dogs each weighing 25 lbs or less. Pets must be leashed on common elements, cleaned up after, and never left unattended on patios or balconies. Aggressive or nuisance pets may be removed.
- Parking & vehicles: Only authorized passenger vehicles (cars, SUVs, vans for 10 or fewer, pickups ≤1 ton, motorcycles) may be parked in your assigned parking space.
